Organic HERITAGE PUDDING
Traditional Christmas Pudding
Our Traditional Christmas Pudding is certified organic and made locally in Woodbridge. Each pudding is beautifully wrapped in calico (unbleached natural cotton). Available in a compact 350g, family size 1kg or 2kg.
ORGANIC PUDDING
Cooking Instructions: Your pudding has been pre-cooked. Simply re-heat by fully immersing in water maintained at the boil for 15 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Serve warm with fresh organic cream or custard.
Storage: Hand pudding in a cool, dry place. Can be refrigerated.
Florence Kelty (1896-1956): Florence, a WW1 nurse originally from Brigstock, England was the Kelty matriach in Tasmania. Her rich traditional recipe made with love each year for her family, is now available for you to enjoy and savour at your Christmas celebration.
